풍경화에 나타난 조현병의 정신병리
본 연구의 목적은 풍경화에 나타난 조현병의 정신병리를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구에 서는 문헌 연구와 작품분석을 병행하였다. 작품분석의 대상은 조현병 환자가 그린 풍경화 이고, 분석 방법은 도상임상학적 해석을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 풍 경은 주체와 객체 사이에서 성립되는 관계의 세계이고, 풍경 이미지는 현실적인 공간에서 풍경을 체험함으로써 형성된다. 둘째, 조현병은 공간과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 조현병 환자의 풍경화에는 공간성의 상실과 왜곡이 나타나는데, 이들을 극복하는데 사용할 수 있 는 것이 풍경구성기법이다. 셋째, 조현병 환자의 풍경화를 분석하여 구성과 채색에서 7가 지 특징을 도출하였다. 이들 중 구성 포기 이미지와 공간의 응축화 경향은 조현병 환자의 공간체험의 병리에 따른 특이한 공간구성이다. 이 정신병리에 대한 치유에는 공간의 재구 성이 요청되며, 이러한 재구성을 촉진할 수 있는 것이 풍경구성기법의 치유성이다. 이를 통하여 조현병 환자의 정신병리 치료에 풍경구성기법을 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
The Psychopathology of Schizophrenia in the Landscape Paintings
The purpose of this study is to examine the psychopathology of schizophrenia that appears in landscape painting. In this study, literature research and work analysis were conducted. The subject of work analysis was landscapes drawn by schizophrenic patients, and the analysis method used a clinical iconographical interpretation. The findings are as follows. First, landscape is a world of relationship established between subject and object, and landscape images are formed by experiencing landscape in a realistic space. Second, schizophrenia is closely related to space. There is a loss and distortion of spatiality in landscape paintings of schizophrenic patients, and the Landscape Montage Technique can be used to overcome them. Third, seven characteristics were derived from composition and coloring by analyzing landscape paintings of schizophrenic patients. Among them, a composition abandonment image and the tendency of space condensation is a unique space composition that originated from the pathology of spatial experience of schizophrenic patients. The heiling of this psychopathology requites space reconstruction, and the healing of Landscape Montage Technique can promote such reconstruction. Through this, it has been confirmed that Landscape Montage Technique can be used to treat schizophrenia psychopathology.
