발달장애 아동의 내재화 문제와 공격 행동에 대한 미술치료 사례연구
본 연구는 미술치료가 발달장애 아동의 내재화 문제와 공격 행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 B시 소재 초등학교 2학년에 재학 중인 만 8세의 발달장애(심한) 남자 아동이다. 본 연구는 주 1회 40분씩 총 40회기 진행하였으며 측정 도구는 아동･청소년 행동평가척도(CBCL 6-18)를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 발달장애 아동의 미술치료 회기별 변화에 따른 내재화 문제와 공격 행동의 변화를 살펴보았다. 또 발달장애 아동의 내재화 문제(불안/우울, 위축/우울, 신체 증상)와 공격 행동에 대한 사전･사후･추후 T점수 변화를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료가 발달장애 아동의 내재화 문제 중 불안/우울, 위축/우울, 신체 증상 완화에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 미술치료가 발달장애 아동의 공격 행동 완화에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 미술치료가 발달장애 아동의 내재화 문제 완화와 공격 행동 완화에 영향이 있음을 확인하였다.
A Case Study on Art Therapy for Internalization Problem Behavior and Aggressive Behavior of a Child with Developmental Disability
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the art therapy program on reducing internalization problem behavior and aggressive behavior for a child with developmental disability. The subject was 8-year-old second-grade of an elementary school located in B city boy with developmental disabilities. The study was conducted once a week for 40 minutes, for a total of 40 sessions. the Child and Adolescent Behavior Rating Scale 6-18(CBCL 6-18) was used as a measurement tool. As data analysis, The change in internalization problem and aggressive behavior according to the art therapy sessions of children with developmental disabilities were investigated. Also the pre, post, and follow up T scores for internalization problems and aggressive behavior in a child with developmental disabilities was compared and analyzed. The results of the study were that art therapy was effective in reducing anxiety/depression, atrophy/depression, and somatic symptoms of internalization problems in a Child with developmental disability first. Second, art therapy was effective in reducing aggressive behavior in a child with developmental disability. Therefore, it can be said that art therapy is effective in reducing internalization problem behavior and aggressive behavior of a child with developmental disability.
