개인미술치료를 수행한 다문화 가정 학령기 자녀의 어머니 경험 연구
본 연구는 개인미술치료를 수행한 다문화 가정 학령기 자녀의 어머니들이 겪는 경험은 어떠하며, 그 경험의 본질과 의미를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 개인미술치료를 수행한 다문화 가정 학령기 자녀의 어머니 6명을 개별적으로 심층 면담하고, 근거이론 방 법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 44개의 개념이 추출되었으며, 20개의 하위범주와 14 개의 범주가 도출되었다. 중심현상은 ‘심리와 또래문제로 받게 된 미술치료’로 나타났으 며, 이를 중심으로 참여자들의 경험에 관한 패러다임 모형이 도출되었다. 핵심범주는 ‘변 화를 위한 미술치료에 마음 담아 소통하기’로 나타났다. 이러한 자녀의 미술치료 경험 과 정은 어머니가 시간의 흐름에 따라 ‘기대 속의 방법 찾기’, ‘가족과 연결고리 갖기’, ‘나를 넘어서 더해지는 변화의 경험’, ‘더 나은 삶의 여정’이라는 4단계를 거치는 것으로 나타났 다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 다문화 가정 학령기 자녀 어머니 경험의 실체를 각 단계 별 개입 방안에 대해 논의하고, 경험과정 구조와 경험 모형을 단계별로 제시하였고 경험 의 과정들을 통합적으로 탐색했다는데 그 의의가 있다.
A Study on the Mother's Experience of School-Aged Children in Multicultural Families with Individual Art Therapy
The purpose of this study was to explore the nature and meaning of experiences experienced by mother of school age children from multicultural families who underwent individual art therapy. For this purpose, six mothers of school age children from multicultural families who received individual art therapy were individually interviewed in depth and analyzed by applying the grounded theory method. As a result of the study, 44 concepts were extracted, 20 subcategories, and 14 categories were derived. The central phenomenon was 'art therapy received due to psychological and peer problems', and a paradigm model of the participants' experiences was derived from this. The core category was 'Communicating with heart in art therapy for change'. In this art therapy experience process for children, parents follow the four stages of 'finding a way in expectations', 'making a connection with family', 'experience of change beyond me', and 'journey for a better life'. appeared to go through. Based on the results of this study, it is meaningful in that it discusses intervention methods for each step of the reality of the experiences of mother of school age children in multicultural families, and comprehensively explores the process of experience by presenting not only the structure of the experience process but also the experience model step by step.
