긍정심리를 중심으로 한 패브릭활용 미술치료가 장애영유아를 둔 어머니의 자기조절과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 긍정심리를 중심으로 한 패브릭활용 미술치료가 장애영유아를 둔 어머니의 자기조절과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 A시에 거 주하는 장애영유아의 어머니로, 2020년 7월부터 11월까지 주 1회, 60분씩 총 18회기 진행 하였다. 자기조절 변화는 자기조절능력 척도와 PPAT 그림검사를 통해서 살펴보았고, 자 아존중감은 자아존중감 척도와 K-HTP를 통해서 살펴보았다. 또한, 회기별 관찰지를 이 용하여 주제 내용에 따라 회기 및 단계별로 질적 분석하였고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리를 중심으로 한 패브릭활용 미술치료가 장애영유아를 둔 어머니의 자기조 절에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리를 중심으로 한 패브릭활용 미 술치료가 장애영유아를 둔 어머니의 자아존중감에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리를 중심으로 한 패브릭활용 미술치료가 장애영유아를 둔 어머니의 자기조 절과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 회기 및 단계별로 살펴본 결과 긍정적인 변화가 나타 났다. 이를 종합하면, 장애영유아를 둔 어머니에게 긍정심리를 중심으로 한 패브릭활용 미술치료를 실시하여 자기조절은 원활해졌고 자아존중감은 향상되었다.
The Effect of Positive Psychology based Art therapy using Fabric on Self-Regulation and Self-Esteem of a Mother who has Infants and toddlers with Disabilities
The purpose of this case study is to research the effect of art therapy using fabric on the self-regulation and self-esteem of a mother who has infants and toddlers with disabilities with a focus on positive psychology. The subject of the study was a mother who had infants and toddlers with disabilities who lives in A City. 18 sessions were implemented once a week for 60 minutes from July 2020 to November 2020. Changes in self-regulation expression were identified through the Self-Control Scale and the PPAT, self-esteem changes were identified through the Self-Esteem Scale and the K-HTP. In addition, the subject content was qualitatively analyzed each session and stage by using observation papers for each session. The research results are as follows: first, art therapy using fabric with a focus on positive psychology had a significant positive effect on the self-regulation of the mother who had infants and toddlers with disabilities. Second, art therapy using fabric with a focus on positive psychology had a positive effect on the self-esteem of the mother who had infants and toddlers with disabilities. Third, as a result of examining the effects of art therapy using fabric with a focus on positive psychology on the self-regulation and self-esteem of the mother who had infants and toddlers with disabilities, a positive change was recorded, according to the observations from the sessions and stages. To summarize the results, art therapy using fabric with a focus on positive psychology was given to a mother who has infants and toddlers with disabilities on self-regulation became smoother and the self-esteem improved.
