불안정 애착 청소년의 또래관계 향상을 위한 콜라주미술치료 사례연구
본 연구는 또래관계가 어려운 불안정 애착 청소년을 대상으로 콜라주미술치료를 실시하 여 또래관계 변화에 미치는 효과를 살펴본 사례연구이다. 연구대상은 또래관계에 어려움이 있는 중학교 1학년 여학생으로 2014년 6월 13일부터 8월 22일까지 매주 1회 60분씩 총 10 회기를 진행하였고, 매 회기마다 자유롭게 주제를 정하여 진행하는 비구조화된 콜라주미술 치료를 실시하였다. 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위해 또래관계 척도(NRI)를 사전ㆍ사후 검사 하여 비교분석하였다. 아울러 콜라주미술치료 과정에서 회기별 또래관계 변화와 학교와 가 정에서의 행동변화를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콜라주미술치료는 불안정 애착 청소년의 또래관계에 효과적이었다. 둘째, 콜라주미술치료의 회기가 진행됨에 따라 또래관계에 긍정적인 행동변화를 보였다. 셋째, 또래관계에 어려움이 있던 불안정 애 착 청소년이 학교나 가정에서 또래관계에 변화가 나타났다. 결론적으로 콜라주미술치료는 또래관계가 어려운 불안정 애착 청소년의 자기표현을 활성화시키고, 신뢰로운 치료적 관계 를 형성할 수 있도록 하여 건강한 또래관계로 발전하는 데 영향을 주었다.
A Case Study of Collage Art Therapy for Peer Relationship Improvement of Adolescent with Insecure Attachment
This is a case study to explore effectiveness of collage art therapy on peer relationship of adolescent with insecure attachment who have difficulties in peer relationship. Participant was a female middle school student who had difficulties in peer relationship, and 10 sessions of 60 minutes collage art therapy was conducted each week from June to August in 2014, each session that was unstructured collage are therapy with free topic. Pre-and post-Network of Relationship Inventory(NRI) test was analysed to examine the effectiveness of study. In addition, behavioral changes in peer relationship at home and school were analysed by each session during collage art therapy processes. The results of this study are following. First, collage art therapy has positive effect on peer relationship of adolescent with insecure attachment. Second, positive behavioral change in peer relationship appeared as collage art therapy sessions were proceeded. Third, adolescent with insecure attachment who have difficulties in peer relationship showed changes in relationship at home and school. In conclusion, collage art therapy influences development of healthy peer relationship by activation of self-expression and formation of trusting therapeutic relationship of adolescent with insecure attachment who have difficulties in peer relationship.
